Dr. Gilman has been practicing as a physical therapist in Palm Beach County since 2015. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Southern California. Sierra is also a board certified orthopedic specialist. She has experience in treating patients from the age of 4 all the way up to 102 and specializes in treating sports injuries, pre- and post-operative conditions, chronic pain management, balance training, and injury prevention. Sierra is also certified in dry needling and uses other modalities such as graston and cupping. ◦In her free time Sierra enjoys traveling, exercise, and attending music festivals. Her passion for fitness was sparked by her11 year career as a competitive sprinter, which culminated in 4 years running for the University of Missouri. Her current interests are in weight lifting, running, and yoga.
